  • The Graphic Communications industry is America’s quintessential small business – over 90% of printing companies in the United States employing fewer than 100 employees.
  • Print’s wide geographical distribution make it a positive contributor to practically every community in the country.  Printing jobs pay mortgages, buy cars, put children through college and pay taxes.
  • Printing is sustainable.  Demand for paper is a completely renewable resource.  The demand for paper gives landowners a reason to grow trees. The only commercial use of land that grows trees is managing forest land for use as paper and wood products.
  • Print is effective; direct mail advertising gives businesses a 13 to 1 ROI for every dollar spent.  67% of online searches are driven by offline messages with 39% of households read or scan the advertising mail they receive.  Print on paper builds brand identification and powers sales.
