OSHA Form 300  Most employers, with few exceptions (e.g., 10 or fewer employees during all of the previous year), must post their OSHA 300A log from Feb. 1st to April 30th "in each establishment in a conspicuous place or places where notices to employees are customarily posted."  Download the form here

Wage Theft Protection Act New York State's Wage Theft Protection Act (WTPA) requires private sector employers to provide each of their New York employees a written notice containing detailed information regarding the terms and conditions of their employment.  This notice must be provided at hire and annually by February 1st to all employees.  Click here for more details.
